How to correctly select hydraulic quick adapter

1. Please select the appropriate type and temperature of fluid for the body material and sealing material of the quick adapter. According to the fluid, the suitable body material and sealing material are different. For example, if the medium used for quick adapter is water, choose brass or stainless steel.
2. Please select a quick adapter with a suitable construction and material for the usage environment of the quick adapter. Consider selecting the type, body material, and sealing material of the quick adapter based on the humidity conditions, dust conditions, and corrosion prone usage environment.
3. For the pressure of the liquid, please select a quick adapter that is suitable for the pressure resistance of the fluid. The pressure of the fluid is also the key to selecting a quick adapter. The quick adapter used for oil pressure is serialized between 5.0Mpa (51kgf/cm ²) and 68.6Mpa (700kgf/cm ²), and corresponding to its pressure resistance characteristics, the construction of the quick adapter is also different.

5. Please select a quick adapter that is suitable for piping purposes for the construction of automatic opening and closing valves. For the construction of valves, there are two way switch type, one-way switch type, and two way open type. Due to the presence of fluid flowing out of the piping during separation, except for the two switch type. So please pay attention.
6. Confirm that the selected quick adapter connection threads are consistent. In the use of products from different brands, it is best to use the same brand of female and male heads together.
